Lately most news about the EU seem to be worrysome. I know this is a time of high turbulence and so dificulties are everywhere. However, since this newsletter is mostly followed by people interested in the success of the Union, which apart from failures has some bright spots. It could be useful to give some good news sometimes yo cheer up Europeans.
